I like to say that if life is about learning lessons. I’ve been in situations where I’ve had to learn lessons at a 10 on a scale of 1-10. I’ve re-invented myself and been through more “dark nights of the soul” than is comfortable.
Gratefully, I’ve been a life-long learner, and have been immersed in personal and spiritual growth my whole life. I now use these lessons, tools, and practices to help my clients bring more meaning, purpose, and joy into their lives.
My mission is to help you:
-
Rediscover and reignite your inner spark.
-
Realign with your authentic truth.
-
Reinvent your life into one that brings you more purpose and joy.

Becoming who I am today
Life’s Curve Balls
I graduated from college at a time similar to now. I was applying for entry level jobs when one kind recruiter told me that she was hiring people with 20 years experience for entry level roles. I then got a job in direct care in group homes. This was just the first of many career pivots and experiences in helping others.
Fast forward about a decade or so and I found myself divorced, a mother with 2 kids under 7, and 2 dogs to support. I was working an hourly job at a large health care company and eventually worked my way up and around the corporate ladder to burn-out.

Bringing it all together
I began taking Life Coaching certification classes toward the end of my corporate career, thinking this would be my “retirement” job. After more time in the corporate and start-up world, I made the leap to start coaching now, instead of later.
My kids are now young adults and I’m focused on my passion of guiding others to find and build a life that is uniquely theirs and that brings them more joy and purpose.
In my free time I can be found volunteering, hiking, reading and overall enjoying life with friends, my kids, and our fur baby.

Life Happens, Now What
I read books, took classes, talked to experts, and tried just about every practice and tool out there. Some worked, some didn’t. Some worked at different times, and most I tweaked and revised so they would work for me.
All this while juggling raising a family, kids activities, long work hours, and life’s challenges. I slowly found ways to stay grounded and find moments in my day of peace and joy that grew steadily over time.
